As a commercial and multifamily general contractor licensed in Oregon and Washington, Beaudin Construction constructs new apartments and commercial buildings and performs renovations and tenant improvements for our client partners.  We also build industrial facilities such as tilt up concrete and pre-engineered steel.  Our network of high quality subcontractors, suppliers, design consultants and industry affiliates enables us to match the right team for your project.  While we will never compromise the quality of our workmanship, we do understand budgets and we will captain your project accordingly.

As an enhancement to our General Contracting Services, we offer a full line of premium services such as Design-Build project delivery, Strategic Development Partnerships and other Consulting Services.  These options generally begin during the early conceptual phase with either Pre-Development or Pre-Construction Consulting.  Depending on our level of participation, we may oversee an RFP process for selecting the project design team.  If we are partnering as a co-developer, we may weigh in on the selection of real estate professionals and lenders.

At Beaudin Construction, we have found the success (or failure) of a building project consistently hinges on several key factors such as setting realistic expectations and the amount of time, effort and forethought that takes place ahead of any construction activity.  As such, our company offers a variety of Design-Build and General Contractor Consulting Services through our company Constructive Consultants.  In addition, we also provide Expert Witness Consulting through our affiliate Advise andConsult, Inc.  In some instances, Beaudin Construction performs General Contracting Restoration Services to repair structures damaged by various perils such as fire, water or mold.  We also restore buildings falling victim to construction defects.

Beaudin Construction's residential work is focused on upscale new homes with modern architecture, strong bones and high quality finishes.  While our primary business is commercial and apartment construction, we do take on higher end residential projects from for clients who are a good fit for our premium comfort designer homes.
